How CLIP works

CLIP is an attention market. A coin puts up a reward pool, creators compete to earn from it with content, and rewards follow measured performance instead of promises.

For creators

  • ▸Pick a campaign and read its rules — every campaign publishes its own requirements
  • ▸Make the content on your own account, in your own style
  • ▸Submit the post URL on CLIP so it can be matched to the campaign
  • ▸Your clip starts as pending and the campaign owner can approve or reject it
  • ▸Reward settings are recorded, but no money moves through CLIP today

For coin owners

  • ▸Set a target budget and campaign duration; funding is not connected
  • ▸Choose the platforms creators can post on
  • ▸Pick a reward model: performance rate, leaderboard split, fixed bounties or hybrid
  • ▸Publish rules — hashtags, mentions, minimum length, originality, eligibility
  • ▸Review submissions and inspect recorded allocation totals in the owner dashboard

Reward models

  • ▸Performance — a fixed amount per 1,000 verified views until the pool runs out
  • ▸Leaderboard — the pool is split between top-ranked creators at the end
  • ▸Fixed bounties — set rewards for specific deliverables, judged against a brief
  • ▸Hybrid — a per-view rate for everyone plus bonuses at the top

What is actually built today

Wallet accounts, profiles, campaign records, submissions, owner review, access controls and audit records use the live CLIP backend. Public pages show those records only.

Social account verification, metric collection, verified-view scoring, escrow and on-chain payouts are not connected. Nothing on this site moves money.

What has to exist before launch

  • ▸Platform OAuth so creators can prove they own the account they post from
  • ▸Scheduled metric collection with a history table, not one-off reads
  • ▸Escrow for reward pools and an auditable payout path
  • ▸Fraud review, disputes, rate limiting and audit logs
