Auto Clip
The idea: a project's own activity keeps its campaign funded, so attention doesn't stop the moment someone forgets to top up the pool.
Auto Clip does not exist. There is no contract, no routing, no revenue share and no way to enable it. This page describes intent so nobody mistakes the concept for a feature.
Trading happens
A token generates eligible revenue through normal activity.
A share is routed
An agreed percentage is directed to the project's campaign pool.
The pool grows
Rewards available to creators increase without a manual top-up.
Creators post
A bigger pool pulls more creators into the campaign.
Attention rises
More content may increase attention around the token.
Loop repeats
Attention feeds activity, activity feeds the pool.
What would need to be true first
- ▸Audited escrow contracts holding campaign pools
- ▸A verifiable, opt-in routing agreement with the project
- ▸Public accounting of every routed amount
- ▸Clear limits so a campaign can't be drained or gamed by its own owner
Why it isn't quietly shipped
Routing anyone's revenue is the highest-trust thing this product could do. Shipping a button that implies it works, before contracts exist and have been audited, would be exactly the behaviour CLIP is supposed to be an alternative to.
