Fraud policy

• ▸Buying views, likes, comments, shares or followers from any source
• ▸Bot networks, click farms, view-exchange groups and engagement pods
• ▸Multiple accounts operated by one person to farm a single campaign
• ▸Reuploading another creator's content as your own
• ▸Misleading edits that fabricate statements, endorsements or price claims
• ▸Submitting a post you do not control or did not publish

• ▸Affected views are excluded from verified totals
• ▸The clip is rejected and earns nothing
• ▸Repeat or severe cases remove the creator from the campaign, and from CLIP
• ▸Rewards already calculated on fraudulent activity are cancelled before settlement

Detection is imperfect in both directions. Some manipulation will get through and some legitimate creators will be flagged wrongly. CLIP's commitment is to publish the criteria, show raw versus verified counts, give a reason for every rejection and allow an appeal — not to claim a detection rate it cannot prove.

When accounts exist, each clip will carry a report action that routes to review. Until then, reports can be sent to the project's X account.
